We strive to be an asset to the community and society at large by supporting social, cultural, intellectual, environmental and economic initiatives, all while improving the quality of life for our own team and their families.

Our impact and goals

Environmental impact goals:
  • 50% of our supply chain committed to carbon neutrality by 2030
  • Reduce our total carbon footprint in scope 2 and scope 3 emissions
  • Assessing the environmental impact of any new processes or products we intend to introduce or advance
People initiatives:
  • An award-winning learning and development program to empower our people to develop and advance
  • Open PTO policy (MyTime) and a work from anywhere program for added flexibility
  • A comprehensive employee well-being program that includes a friends and family membership to the Calm app
Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) milestones:
Community outreach initiatives:
  • Encouraging employees to volunteer through our "Wilson Helping Hands Committee" which allows individuals to give back to their communities with fellow local team members
  • Identifying new charities to donate to annually
  • Strengthening and expanding our community partnership programs
Corporate governance initiatives:
  • Upholding UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights with our employees and suppliers
  • Prohibiting forced labor of any kind, including all forms of modern-day slavery or human trafficking
  • Continuously reviewing and updating policies and procedures to proactively identify, address, and respond to unfavorable human rights impacts
