An integrated talent solution combining a contingent workforce program with RPO helped ensure one of the largest organizations in the entertainment industry could rebuild its workforce following a substantial furlough program.

Challenge
Following the furlough of thousands of team members during the pandemic, this organization needed to rebuild its workforce across 13 critical US locations for exempt and non-exempt talent. It needed an integrated talent solution to rebuild and create an advantage in the market.
Solution
For the non-exempt workforce, a substantial team of recruiters, administrators, and talent acquisition team members supplemented the client’s internal talent team to hire more than 20,000 employees in just 12 months. Due to the volume of employees required, a contingent talent program was implemented. For the exempt workforce, a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) model was implemented. The RPO and contingent workforce teams worked together seamlessly to help deliver the talent needed to rebuild its workforce in multiple locations.
Results
Over a 24-month period, Wilson delivered a customized, integrated talent solution to bring the organization back to its full headcount.
