Craig Sweeney, EVP of global strategic talent solutions at WilsonHCG, spoke to journalists at Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) about the rise of hybrid jobs in the UK.
The number of hybrid jobs have seen a gradual uptick over the last 12 months, increasing by 0.5% between March 2023 and 2024, according to data from Claro Analytics, WilsonHCG’s talent intelligence and labour market data platform.
Sweeney added:
Given the positive impact that more flexible working practices can have on diverse recruitment and employee retention, it’s encouraging to see that hybrid working options are slowly increasing.”
