Organisations must integrate diversity and inclusion into all talent attraction strategies, regardless of market conditions, according to Craig Sweeney, EVP of global strategic talent solutions at WilsonHCG.
He made this comment when speaking to reporters from TechRound about the important role leaders play when setting the tone for diversity and inclusion within companies.
Sweeney remarked:
