Employers must embrace neurodiversity to unlock the full potential of their workforces.
That’s according to Alicia O’Brien, SVP of innovation and customer success, who wrote a guest column for the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
O’Brien explained,
To genuinely achieve a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, organizations should adopt a skills-first organizational model instead of a traditional education-based approach, she added.
