AI is not going to replace HR. Instead, HR professionals with AI skills will replace those that don't have AI skills.

That’s according to [Michael Beygelman](https://www.linkedin.com/in/beygelman/), EVP of product at WilsonHCG.

He made this comment when speaking to a journalist from WorkLife about why HR professionals with generative AI skills are in such high demand.
