Back in 2014, WilsonHCG built the methodology to objectively evaluate employment brands – something that had never been done before. Since then, we’ve evolved the criteria to pace with the changing job market and candidate expectations. This year marks the ninth report we’ve produced. The report further breaks down these components into essential benchmarks, which our team of researchers use to determine a score and subsequent ranking.
