--Tampa, Fla. -- Wilson has released its 2024 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, demonstrating its commitment to building a more sustainable and equitable world.
“Our ESG principles aren’t just super important to us – they’re integral to our mission to drive sustainable growth while creating meaningful impact,” John Wilson, CEO, Wilson, said. “We will always do what we can to safeguard our environment, uphold social responsibility, and foster trust through transparency and ethical governance. And we always will.”
Notable highlights include:
- A 25% decrease in scope 2 and 3 emissions (2024 compared with 2023)
- Continuing to improve diversity with women now accounting for 73% of Wilson’s global workforce
- Wilson’s Pulse survey revealed 75% of employees feel respected and valued for their unique background and perspective
- Our employees spent 507 hours volunteering in 2024
